Restoring balance
Today, is the perfect blend of balance for me ... rest ... movie ... shop ... rest ... shop ... rest ... movie ... rest.OK, so, maybe to the untrained eye, it doesn't look so balanced. I will say that when compared to the volume of work I generated last week, it is perfectly balanced. It was rejuvenating to have no external demands and only my internal guidance moving me to do things that brought me joy.
